Prior to GVSU: Played one season at Saint Joseph’s (Ind.) until the institution closed its doors at the end of the 2016-17 athletic year…Started in 26 of 29 games in 2016-17 as a junior, logging 29.1 minutes per game…Averaged 12.1 points and 6.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 52.7 percent from the field…Led the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) with 49 blocks and added 34 steals and 46 assists…Named to the GLVC All-Defensive Team, one of 13 players to earn that honor…Blocked three or more shots in 10 games, including season-high seven rejections against McKendree…Led the league in blocks (37) and was sixth in rebounds per game (7.9) in GLVC play…Recorded five double-doubles and scored in double-digits in 22 games…Also played at Metropolitan Community College Penn Valley, where he averaged 15 points and nine rebounds per game…Helped Scouts reach the NJCAA National Tournament…Named First Team All-Conference at MCC-Penn Valley and was runner-up for league Player of the Year.
