WESTFIELD, Ind.--Due to inclement weather, the opening game of the Midwest Regional Baseball Crossover in which the Grand Valley State baseball team was slated to face off against Lewis at 10:30 pm on Saturday, March 19th, has been cancelled.

The Laker's 1:30 game against Indianapolis later in the day is still set to be played as scheduled, as well as the pair of Sunday game's occuring at the same times. 

GVSU is 7-6-1 on the season, but will head into tomorrow's contest against Indianapolis (11-3 overall) having won three of their last four games by a combined margin of 45-22.
