2025 NCAA Championship: Dies was a member of four relays at the NCAA Championship. He competed in the 200 freestyle relay (1:18.10) and the 400 freestyle relay (2:52.58), both of which took home gold. He was also part of the 200 medley relay, which placed sixth with a time of 1:25.73, and the 400 medley relay, which finished third with a time of 3:08.52. Dies was named an All-American.

2025 GLIAC Championship: Dies competed in six events at the GLIAC Championship. He placed third in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 48.03. He also finished 7th in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 20.06 and 9th in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 44.62. Dies was a member of the 200 medley relay (1:26.70), which placed 7th, the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:18.80), which placed third, and the 400 medley relay (3:09.05), which won the GLIAC Championship.

2024 NCAA Championships: Dies was a member of the 200 Medley Relay that placed 12th with a time 1:27:11.

2024 GLIAC Championships: Member of the 200 Medley Relay, which finished third with a time of 1:27:44. Finished 13th in the 50 Freestyle with a time of 20.65. Dies took 7th in the 100 Backstroke with a 48.73 time. 

2023 GLIAC Championships: Finalist in the 100 Back, finishing 7th with a time of 49.32… Posted a time of 1:50.70 in the 100 Back Consolation Finals… Secured a silver medal swimming backstroke as a member of the 200 Medley Relay. His split time posted at 22.85… Added another silver medal as a member of the 200 Free Relay, which finished in 1:20.58. He finished the third leg with a 19.66 split time…
