Biography

2026 GLIAC Championship: Frick competed in four events at the 2026 GLIAC Championships. She touched the wall at 10:16.97 in the 1000 free to take fifth place. She placed sixth and ninth in the 500 free and the 200 free with times of 5:02.11 and 152.48. Frick was a member of the 800 free relay that placed first with a time of 7:28.63.

2025 NCAA Championship: Frick was a member of the 200 yard relay that placed 20th with a time of 1:34.27 in the NCAA Championship.

2025 GLIAC Championship: Frick was a member of the 800 freestyle relay team that was crowned GLIAC Champions with a time of 7:26.62. She competed in the 200 and 500 freestyle, finishing 4th and 9th with times of 1:51.39 and 5:00.73, respectively. Frick placed 11th in the 100 freestyle with a time of 52.27 and 9th in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:25.87.

2024 NCAA Championships: Frick was a member of the 800 Freestyle Relay that took 16th with a time of 7:25:74.

2023 GLIAC Championships: Consolation Finalist in the 200 IM, finishing with a time of 2:10.53.
