2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay (Outdoor)... Placed third at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 400m hurdles with a personal-best time of 50.94... Finished third at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 51.29 in the 400m hurdles... Placed third at the USF Bulls Invite in the 400m with a personal-best time of 48.03. 

2019-20: Competed in six meets during the indoor season… Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:13.61… Finished first in the DMR at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday with a time of 9:46.51… Finished second in the 200m at the Gladstein Invitational with a PR of 22.30… Qualified for NCAA DII Indoor National Championships in the 4x400m relay and DMR… USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 4x400m relay… USTFCCCA All-America honors (4x400m, DMR)... 

2018-19: USTFCCCA All-American (I: 4x400m) … USTFCCA All-Region (400m Hurdles, 4x400m) … GLIAC honors (I: 4x400m; O: 400m hurdles, 4x400m) … National Qualifier in the 400m hurdles … School Record in the 4x400m during the indoor season (3:13.30) … Finished 10th in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … Ran a PR in the 400m (48.86) during the GLIAC Indoor Championships … PR in the 400m hurdles (51.86) at the Hilltopper Relays.

2017-18: Ran a person-best of 7.26 in the 60m dash … Indoor-best in the 200m (22.34) during the GVSU Big Meet-Saturday … Indoor-best in the 400m dash (50.10) during the GVSU Tune-Up … Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles (54.04) during the GLIAC Outdoor Championships … Ran a season-best during the Ball State Challenge in the 100m dash (11.05) and the 400m hurdles (53.08).

High School:  Competed at Lakeview High School ... 2015 300m hurdle State Qualifier.
