2010: Finished 25th at the Spartan Invitational with a time of 25:36...Finished fifth at the Hillsdale Charger Invitational with a time of 25:03.7...Placed 94th at the Great Louisville Classic Gold race with a time of 25:06.59...Placed 10th at the Midwest Regional Championship with a time of 31:35.44 in the 10k race...Finished 76th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 32:16.0 in the 10k race.

2009: Redshirted.

High School: MHSAA All-State in Cross Country in 2007 and 2008 with a fifth place finish in 2008. Led Potterville to MHSAA Cross country team titles in both 2007 and 2008 and in track in 2009. MHSAA state champion in the 4x800 in 2007, 2008 and runners up in 2009. State champ in the 4x400 in 2009 and all-state in 2008. State runner up in the 800 in 2009. MHSAA state champion and Division 4 state record holder in the 1600 in 4:16.94.... 1600 all-state in 2007 and 2008.
