High School: Prepped at several high schools, as his father is in the United States Army…Played most recently at Grand Rapids Union High School under Brandoen Guyton…Averaged 11.8 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game in 2013-14 for the Red Hawks…Put up averages of 12.0 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 4.0 blocks, and 2.1 steals per game at Grand Rapids Creston in 2012-13, earning all-conference first team honors and all-state honorable mention laurels…Scored over 18 points per game, while averaging 7.6 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 4.3 blocks, and 1.8 steals per game in 2011-12…Also played two years at Fort Knox High School in Kentucky…Participated with the Michigan Mustangs in AAU basketball.
