High School: Prepped at Calumet High School under head coach Lisa Twardzik...Lead the Copperkings to a combined record of 105-8-2 in final two seasons and a pair of conference, district, and regional championships in both years...Team advanced to the state finals in 2008 and were state semi-finalists in 2007...Tabbed as a first team all-state selection in 2008 after posting 493 kills, a .427 hitting percentage, 158 blocks (86 solo), and 133 digs...Named the most valuable player of the West PAC during her senior season, as well as all-conference and all-region...Totaled 253 kills, a .257 hitting percentage, 182 total blocks (85 solo), and 183 digs in 2007, as she was named second team all-conference and an all-region choice...Selected to the state all-academic team in 2007 and 2008...Also played four years of basketball and competed in track and field for three seasons...Participated in pep club for four years, where she served as the organization's president, and participated in choir for two years.
