High School: Played at Stevensville-Lakeshore High School under head coach Sean Schroeder...Key member of Lancer team that won Southwest Michigan Athletic Conference West Division championships, district titles, and regional championships during both his junior and senior seasons...Stevensville-Lakeshore also finished as state runners-up in 2011-12 and tallied an undefeated regular season in 2012-13...Earned all-conference honors each of his last three seasons and was a team captain during his senior year...Averaged 13 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.1 assists as Lancers went 24-1 in 2012-13...Put up nine points and 5.2 boards during junior season, after 8.3 points and 4.1 rebounds during sophomore campaign...Named to the all-academic team, signifying a grade point average of 3.5...Also played three years of football, earning honorable mention all-state plaudits...Participated in National Honor Society, Drama Club, and was a peer educator.
