2008 Indoor: 4th at the Mike Lints Laker Challenge in the 3k with a time of of 8:35.96...At the GR Championships, was 2nd in the mile at 4:20.19...9th at the GVSU Open in the 5k with a time of 15:34.91...9th at the GLIAC Championships in the 800 with a time of 1:58.35.

2007 Cross Country: Finished 17th at Aquinas with a time of 26:44...55th at the Spartan Invite with a time of 26:49.

Did not compete in a Grand Valley State uniform during the 2006-07 season.

2007 Indoor: Finished second in the 3000-meter run while running unattached at the Bob Eubanks Open with a time of 8:52.70 (1/19)...Ran unattached and placed second in the mile with a time of 4:26.22 at the Grand Rapids Championships (2/16).

2006 Cross Country: Finished 14th running unattached in the 8000-meter run at the Bulldog Invitational with a time of 27:08 (9/22).
