2021-22: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (3000m, Steeplechase)… USTFCCCA All-Regions Honors (Steeplechase)… Finished second in the 5000m with a personal-best time of 16:48.06 at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Placed fifth at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a personal-best of 10:23.72 in the 3000S… Ran a personal-best mile with a time of 5:04.08… Completed the 10000m with a personal-best time of 35:06.87… Earned All-GLIAC Academic honors

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in the Indoor 5000m... Finished first in the 3000m steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal-best time of 10:41.29... Placed sixth in the 5000m clocking a personal-best time of 16:50.30 at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships...
