2021-22: Placed fourth in the 3000S with a time of 9:39.44 at the Davenport Invitational… Finished sixth at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic with a mile time of 4:14.79… 

2020-21: Finished second in the 3000m steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships clocking in at 9:03.24... Finished second at the Bellarmine Jim Vargo Invitational with a time of 9:05.08 in the 3000m steeple... Placed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:10.21 at the GLIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships... Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors.

2017-18: GLIAC All-Academic … Ran a personal-best in the 800m (1:56.75) and the 3,000m (9:09.59) during the GVSU Open … Set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:17.54 during the GVSU Big Meet-Friday … Personal-best in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:28.93) during the Hillsdale “GINA” Relays … Ran a PR of 4:02.00 in the 1,500m during the North Central College Dr. Keeler Meet.
