Grand Valley State Bests

2021-22: Placed fourth at the Davenport Invitational with a personal-best of 17:14.54 in the 5000m… Ran a personal-best in the 3000m of 10:31.82 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Finished the mile at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet with a record time of 5:17.43…Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors.

2020-21: Finished fifth at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 5000m with a distance of 17:55.17... Ran a personal-best in the 5000m with a time of 17:33.14 at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet... Clocked a personal-best time of 4:47.24 in the 1500m at the GVSU Al Owens Calssic... Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors. 

2019-20: Redshirt

High School: Named to the All-Conference, All-State and All-Region teams for the 2018 seasons.  Helped team win conference championship during 2015-18 seasons.  Went undefeated during the 2017 regular season and placed third at state finals.  Recorded her best 1600m time of 5:19 at the MHSAA Regionals in May of 2018.
