More Gates, Faster Entry: New Stadium Access for 2026 Football Season

Allendale, MICH. - GVSU Athletics is making it easier than ever for fans to enter Lubbers Stadium this football season with the addition of three new entry gates, nearly doubling the number of public entrance points available on game day. Gates D, E, and F have been added to help expedite entry, improve the overall fan experience, and better accommodate the large crowds that have become a hallmark of Laker Football. In addition, every football ticket will include a suggested entry gate to help distribute fans throughout the stadium and reduce wait times. Suite guests with special all-blue tickets will enter through the dedicated Gate A. The updated stadium map highlights all gate locations and recommended entry points.
 
Gates will continue to open one hour prior to kickoff, and all fans should plan to follow standard gameday entry procedures, including security screening, prohibited item restrictions, and the clear bag policy. Fans are encouraged to review the GVSU Football Fan Guide before arriving to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gameday experience.
