#7 Grand Valley State (41-8) will open action at the 2026 GLIAC Baseball Tournament vs. Purdue Northwest Thursday at 3 p.m. All of the action will be at UWM Field in Utica, Mich. GVSU swept a four-game series versus the Pride in the GLIAC opening series. 

° GVSU has won 12 GLIAC Tournament titles and sport a mark of 58-21 in GLIAC Tournament play. The Lakers' last tourney title was 2024. GVSU won six consecutive tournaments and 17 consecutive games from 2003-2009.

° Grand Valley State head coach Jordan Keur is in his third year as the leader of the program, posting a 114-47 (.700) record overall. Keur reached the 100-win mark faster than any other head baseball coach in Laker history (145 games). He has guided the Lakers to a GLIAC Tournament title (2024), a GLIAC regular season championship and two appearances in the NCAA Tournament. GVSU is 56-22 (.706) in GLIAC action under Keur.  

° In addition to being one of the top offensive teams in the country, the Laker pitching staff has been equally impressive. GVSU is second in ERA (3.55), sixth in WHIP (1.28) and 15th in walks per 9 (3.52). The Laker offense leads the GLIAC in BA (.334), on base percentage (.436), runs (457), and slugging percentage (.510), while ranking second in hits (551). 
  
° GVSU has outscored its opponents 185-62 in the first three innings this season and have scored 10 or more runs 20 times (19-1) and scored six or more runs 36 times (31-5). The Lakers are 34-3 when scoring first. GVSU has outscored its opponents 457-187.

 
P Collin Bradley
° Bradley sports a GLIAC-best 9-0 record with a 1.93 ERA...Yielded 16 earned runs in 74.2 innings with 53 strikeouts and set program records earlier this season with 28.2 consecutive innings without allowing a run and 34.1 innings without allowing an earned run...Allowed two runs or less in 10 of 12 starts and logged 6.0 IP or more in seven starts...Leads the GLIAC in WHIP (0.92) and walks allowed per nine innings (1.81)...Bradley ranks third in wins with 24, fifth in strikeouts with 182 and sixth in innings pitched with 223.1. 

SS Evan Morrison
° Morrison hit .395 during the regular season, and led the league in hits (83), runs scored with a GVSU single-season record of 74 and triples with six...Morrison leads the GLIAC and ranks second nationally in the toughest to strike out category (6)...Opened the year with a 31-game hitting streak and reached base in 45-of-49 games..Scored a run in 36 games and scored two or more runs 21 times...Tallied 26 multi-hit games, including 12 games with three hits or more...Reached base via a hit, walk or hit by pitch 111 times and accounted for 110 runs (runs-RBI)...Has reached base safely in 100-of-106 games played in his two years with the Lakers, including 159 hits, 147 runs scored and 79 RBI. 

3B Caleb Estrada
° Junior 3B Caleb Estrada leads the GLIAC in home runs (14) and total bases (138), ranks second in hits (80), RBIs (64), runs scored (59) and fifth in the BA (.394)...Reached base in 47 consecutive games...Notched 24 multi-hit games and 17 multi-RBI games.

1B Jovan Gill
° Senior 1B Jovan Gill leads the GLIAC in RBIs with 72 and is second in home runs (12) and doubles (17)...Recorded 24 multi-hit games and 18 multi-RBI games...Has a season-best 14-game hitting streak and 15-game reached base streak.


° Freshman DH/RF Josh Fleming is hitting .444 (40-for-90) in 30 games...Tallied seven doubles, seven home runs, 30 runs scored and 30 RBI...Reached base in 24 consecutive games. 

° Senior CF Jake Skaggs is hitting .310 with 54 hits, 41 runs scored and 42 RBI...Skaggs has 14 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI games.

° Senior Ayden VanEnkevort has 39 hits, 34 runs scored and 33 RBI...Tallied 167 hits, 120 runs scored and 114 RBI in his career.
