° #7 Grand Valley State will host Parkside in the final series of the regular season. Game one is set for Thursday, April 30 at 3 p.m. The Lakers will host senior day on Saturday, May 2. The senior ceremony will begin at 11:25.

° Grand Valley State is #1 in the first NCAA DII Regional ranking that was released. Eight Midwest teams will make the regional, with the top two teams hosting four-team, double elimination tournaments. The winners of both tourneys will meet for a three-game series, with the series winner advancing to the NCAA DII World Series. 

° Grand Valley State head coach Jordan Keur is in his third year as the leader of the program, posting a 109-47 (.698) record overall. Keur reached the 100-win mark faster than any other head baseball coach in Laker history (145). He has guided the Lakers to a GLIAC Tournament title (2024) and two appearances in the NCAA Tournament. GVSU is 52-22 (.702) in GLIAC action under Keur. 

° Grand Valley State ranks in the top 20 nationally in 11 statistical team categories and leads the GLIAC in 14 ledgers. 

° In addition to being one of the top offensive teams in the country, the Laker pitching staff has been equally impressive. GVSU is third in ERA (3.60), sixth in WHIP (1.29) and ninth in walks per 9 (3.39). The Laker offense leads the GLIAC in BA (.337), Hits (516), on base percentage (.445), runs (439), and slugging percentage (.515). 
  
° GVSU has outscored its opponents 180-59 in the first three innings this season and have scored 10 or more runs 20 times (19-1) and scored six or more runs 35 times (30-5). The Lakers are 32-3 when scoring first. 

° Collin Bradley is 8-0 this season with a GLIAC-leading 1.83 ERA...The Lakers are 10-1 in games Bradley starts on the mound...He has yielded 14 earned runs in 68.2 innings with 48 strikeouts...He set program records earlier this season with 28.2 consecutive innings without allowing a run and 34.1 innings without allowing an earned run. He is 3rd in career victories with 23 (23-7).

° Junior Owen Avery is 7-1 with a 2.70 ERA, second in the GLIAC...Avery has yielded 22 runs, 17 earned, and 49 hits with 45 strikeouts in 56.2 innings...Owen is second in the GLIAC in wins (7) and opponents are hitting .234...Avery has started 11 games this season

° Freshman Jackson Kees is 8-1 with a 3.42 ERA, ranking fifth in the GLIAC. Kees is tied with Bradley for the GLIAC lead in wins. He has yielded 23 runs, 20 of which are earned, 49 hits with 46 strikeouts in 55.1 innings...Kees has started 11 games this season.

° Junior JJ Manion is 6-1 in 12 appearances and four starts on the mound...Manion has a 4.09 ERA in 33 innings, yielding 19 runs, 15 of which were earned, with 21 strikeouts. 

° The Laker bullpen has been outstanding this season with a collection of performers. Senior Ethan Houghtaling (3 saves) has a 2.10 ERA in 30 innings or work, yielding eight runs and 25 hits with 28 strikeouts....Duncan McLaughlin (3-0) has a 2.39 ERA in 26.1 innings, yielding 12 runs and 19 hits with 22 strikeouts. Zach Warren (3-0, 2 saves) has logged 23.1 innings, yielding 13 runs with 21 strikeouts, while Ty Uchman is has a 3.86 ERA and three saves in 18.2 innings. Uchman has 16 strikeouts and has yielded eight runs. Keagan Bobbitt has pitched 15.0 innings and Michael Giroux 10.0 out of the pen. 

° Senior SS Evan Morrison leads the GLIAC and ranks 6th nationally in hits (82)...Morrison ranks third nationally in runs scored (73)...Tallied 26 multi-hit games, including 12 games of three hits or more...Opened the season with a 31-game hitting streak...He has reached base in 98-of-102 games played...158 career hits and 146 runs in 102 games. 

° Junior 3B Caleb Estrada leads the GLIAC in home runs (13) and total bases (128), ranks second in hits (74), RBIs (60), runs scored (56) and fifth in the BA (.394)...Reached base in 43 consecutive games...Notched 22 multi-hit games and 16 multi-RBI games...137 career hits and 105 RBI.

° Senior 1B Jovan Gill leads the GLIAC in RBIs with 68 and is second in home runs (10) and doubles (14)...Recorded 22 multi-hit games and 17 multi-RBI games...Has a season-best 14-game hitting streak and 15-game reached base streak...Notched 129 career RBI and 125 hits in 95 games.

° Freshman DH/RF Josh Fleming is hitting .474 (37-for-78) in 26 games...Tallied seven doubles, seven home runs, 28 runs scored and 30 RBI...Reached base in 20 consecutive games and has an 11-game hitting streak.
 
° RF Ryan Stimac is hitting .365 this season and has reached base in all 43 games he has played...Has 42 hits and 38 runs scored.

° Senior CF Jake Skaggs is hitting .304 with 49 hits, 40 runs scored and 40 RBI...Skaggs has 13 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI games.

° Sophomore Caden Thelen is hitting .301 with 40 hits, 37 runs scored, 40 RBI, eight doubles, three triples and three home runs. 

° Senior Ayden VanEnkevort has 34 hits, 32 runs scored and 31 RBI...Tallied 164 hits, 119 runs scored and 113 RBI in his career. 

° Freshman catcher Noah Brandt  is hitting .338 with 22 hits and 14 runs scored...He has seven doubles and 11 RBI.
