#6 Grand Valley State will continue its season-long road trip with a four-game GLIAC series at Saginaw Valley State. The Lakers have played 21 road games, 11 neutral site games and just four home games. The Lakers have been the visiting team on the scoreboard 27 times. 

° Grand Valley State head coach Jordan Keur is in his third year as the leader of the program, posting a 103-45 (.710) record overall. Keur reached the 100-win mark faster than any other head baseball coach in Laker history (145). He has guided the Lakers to a GLIAC Tournament title (2024) and two appearances in the NCAA Tournament. GVSU is 46-20 in GLIAC action under Keur. 

° Grand Valley State ranks in the top 20 nationally in 11 statistical team categories and leads the GLIAC in 15 ledgers. 
  
° GVSU has outscored its opponents 152-43 in the first three innings this season and have scored 10 or more runs 17 times. The Lakers are 28-2 when scoring first. 

° Collin Bradley is 7-0 this season with a 1.27 ERA. He has yielded eight earned runs in 56.2 innings with 37 strikeouts and just eight walks. Bradley ranks second nationally with a 1.27 ERA, fourth with a 0.85 WHIP and 10th in walks allowed per 9 inn. (1.27). Bradley set program records earlier this season with 28.2 consecutive innings without allowing a run and 34.1 innings without allowing an earned run. He his third in career victories at GVSU with 22 (22-7). 

° Junior Owen Avery is 6-0 this season with a 2.62 ERA in 44.2 innings pitched. Avery has 33 strikeouts and has allowed 13 earned runs. Opponents are hitting .244 off Avery and he is 3-0 in GLIAC games with a team-best 1.06 ERA, allowing two earned runs in 17 innings pitched. 

° Freshman Jackson Kees is 7-1 with a 2.98 ERA in 45.1 innings pitched. Kees has 37 strikeouts and has allowed 15 earned runs. Opponents are hitting .224 off Kees in his nine starts. 

° JJ Manion is 4-1 on the bump for GVSU, sporting a 4.56 ERA in 25.2 innings pitched. Manion has 18 strikeouts and five walks. 

° The Laker bullpen has been effective with a number of options this season. Senior Ethan Houghtaling has a 1.69 ERA in 21.1 innings pitched with 20 strikeouts and just five walks. Duncan McLaughlin is 3-0 with a 2.45 ERA in 22.0 innings pitched. McLaughlin has 19 strikeouts and he is holding opponents to a .192 batting average. Zach Warren is 3-0 with a 4.58 ERA in 17.2 innings pitched. Ty Uchman has a 3.86 ERA in 14.0 innings pitched with 10 strikeouts. 

° Senior SS Evan Morrison leads the GLIAC in batting average (.429), hits (67) and runs scored (57)...Morrison has 21 multi-hit games, including 10 games of three hits or more...Opened the season with a 31-game hitting streak...He has reached base in 90-of-93 games played. 

° Junior 3B Caleb Estrada leads the GLIAC in home runs (12), ranks fourth in the GLIAC in batting average (.408), and second in hits (62), RBIs (50), runs scored (50)...Currently in the midst of a 31-game hitting streak and  a 34-game reached base streak...Notched 18 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI games...Hitting .451 in GLIAC games.

° Senior 1B Jovan Gill leads the GLIAC in RBIs with 56, and is hitting .367 with 55 hits, 10 doubles and eight home runs...Recorded 19 multi-hit games and 14 multi-RBI games...Currently has a 13-game hitting streak and a 14-game reached base streak...Hitting .481 in GLIAC games with six home runs,18 RBI and 19 runs.

° Freshman DH Josh Fleming was named the GLIAC and NCBWA Player of the Week last week...Fleming is hitting .571 (16-for-28) in nine GLIAC games with five home runs, three doubles, 15 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
 
° RF Ryan Stimac is hitting .366 this season and has reached base in all 28 games he has played...Currently has a 13-game hitting streak.

° Senior CF Jake Skaggs is hitting .331 with 42 hits, 34 runs scored and 37 RBI...Skaggs has 11 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games.

° Sophomore LF Caden Thelen is hitting .307 overall, with 39 hits, 37 runs scored and 40 RBI...Hitting .341 in GLIAC action and is tied for the team lead in GLIAC RBIs with 18.
