LENOIR CITY, TENN. – The Grand Valley State men's golf team finished their third tournament of the spring season, playing at the Tennessee River Rumble. The Lakers placed fifth at the event, with Andrew Gwilliams earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team.

Wingate took the team title, shooting one under for the tournament. In second was host Lincoln Memorial, who carded a +3, followed by Catawba one shot back of them in third. USC Beaufort took fourth at +8, with the Lakers rounding out the top five with a score of +13.
 
Andrew Gwilliams finished third, with a final score of -6. The senior carded a final round of 69 (-3), sinking four birdies. Bryce Wheeler tied for 19^th at +4 after his final round of 73 (+1) with two birdies and an eagle. Manuel Cue shot a 75 (+3) on the final day, making two birdies to end in a tie for 38^th at +8. In a tie for 45^th was Finley Dober at +10, following his round of 79 (+7). Maverick Conaway shot an 81 (+9) to end in a tie for 67^th, with a final score of +15. Murphy Kehoe finished in a tie for 91^st,  carding a final round of 82 (+10) with two birdies.
