Box Score DETROIT – The Grand Valley State men's tennis team fell 4-3 to Case Western Reserve Sunday, March 1^st on the campus of Wayne State. The Lakers fall to 5-2 on the season. 
 
Case Western Reserve claimed the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Axel Le Ho and Jorge Ruiz posted a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles. Bora Bakici and Patricio Sepulveda dropped a 4-6 decision at the top doubles position. Stephen Claassen and Lawrence Ivanov fell 3-6 at No. 2 doubles. 
 
In singles action, Bora Bakici claimed a 6-4, 6-4 straight set win at the top singles position. Stephen Claassen tallied a 6-3, 6-4 straight set win at No. 5 singles. Lawrence Ivanov posted a 6-3, 6-4 straight set win at No. 6 singles. Jorge Ruiz dropped a 4-6, 1-6 decision at No. 2 singles. Patricio Sepulveda fell 5-7, 3-6 at No. 3 singles and Axel Le Ho dropped a 3-6, 6-7 decision at No. 4 singles. 
 
GVSU will travel to Florida for three matches for their spring break trip. The Lakers will face Florida Southern on Tuesday, March 10^th at 2:00 PM in Lakeland, Florida.
