ALLENDALE, MICH. – The GVSU women's golf team continues to lead in the NCAA East Regional after the second round of action. The Lakers have four players in the top 10, leading by four strokes.

The Lakers continue to be atop the leaderboard, ending day two at +12. Findlay remained in second, carding another round of eight over to end at +16. Tiffin is third at +41, UMSL is fourth, shooting +46, and UIndy is fifth at +46.
 
Charlotte Goersch and 
Paula Badino are both tied for second after 36 holes, ending at one over. Goersch shot an even-par 72, making two birdies, while Badino carded a 74 (+2). 
Olivia Stoll is tied for sixth after her round of 78 (+6). She made three birdies, finishing day two at five over. One stroke back of her in a tie for eighth is 
Megan Miron, who shot a 75 (+3), making two birdies. 
Julia Sanchez also sank two birdies in her 77 (+5) to end the day tied for 14
th at eight over.
 
GVSU tees off for the final 18 holes tomorrow afternoon at 12:30, playing with Findlay and Tiffin.
