ST. JOSEPH, MO. – The GVSU men's golf team's season ended today at the NCAA Regional tournament. The Lakers placed ninth in the event to end the 2024-25 year.
Results
Central Oklahoma won the event at five under. In second was UMSL, followed by Missouri S&T in third, Central Missouri in fourth, and Harding and Findlay tied for fifth.
Murphy Kehoe came in as a sub in the final round and carded a 70 (-1) with two birdies and an eagle.
Manuel Cue Vargas finished tied for 22
nd, carding a final round of 77 (+6).
Bryce Wheeler shot an even-par 71 with two birdies to finish in a tie for 44
th.
Charlie Cooley sank four birdies in his round of 74 (+3) to end in a tie for 51
st.
Drew Coble shot a 77 with on birdie to end in a tie for 66
th.
