NOBLESVILLE, IND. – The GVSU men's golf team completed day two of play at the Ken Partridge Invitational, ending in fifth place. Drew Coble is tied atop the individual leaderboard with just tomorrow's round to play.

Missouri S&T finished day two at even par to open a three-stroke lead with one round to play. Three strokes back is Wayne State at three over, followed by host UIndy in third at +7. In fourth is Ferris State, carding a +8, with the Lakers in fifth at ten over.
 
Drew Coble is tied atop the leaderboard, shooting -4 for the tournament. Coble shot a second round of 72 (E) with three birdies and an eagle. Manuel Cue Vargas is tied for fifth at two under, shooting a second round of 75 (+3) with two eagles. In a tie for 23^rd is Murphy Kehoe, as he carded 73 (+1) today, sinking four birdies to end the two rounds at two over. At four over in a tie for 37^th is Bryce Wheeler. Wheeler had a second round of 72 with three birdies and an eagle, heading into tomorrow with a score of four over. Ryan Gallagher is tied for 92^nd at +12 after his round of 81 (+9) with two birdies. Charlie Cooley is tied for 97^th with a score of +14. He had a round of 81, making two birdies.
 
The Lakers finish off the tournament tomorrow with the final round of play.
