BATTLE CREEK, MICH. – The GVSU men's golf team fell in the GLIAC Championships medal match play semifinals. The Lakers dropped their match to Wayne State 3-2 Saturday afternoon.

Advancing to the match play semifinals were Ferris State, GVSU, Wayne State, and SVSU. SVSU beat Ferris State and Wayne State defeated the Lakers to meet in tomorrow's GLIAC Championship.
The Lakers dropped the semifinal to the Warriors 3-2.
Murphy Kehoe won his match, with both
Charlie Cooley and
Drew Coble tying theirs.
Manuel Cue Vargas and
Bryce Wheeler both fell in their matches.
GVSU will next compete in the Regionals, starting on May 8
th. The tournament will take place in St. Joseph, Missouri.
