CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The GVSU men's golf team finished off their second tournament of the spring, finishing in second at the Ralph Hargett Memorial. Manuel Cue Vargas earned the individual win, his second victory of the year.

Wingate won their own event, shooting -9 on the final day to climb up two spots for the win, ending at -18. In second was USC Beaufort at -15, followed by the Lakers in third at -12. Lenoir-Rhyne was fourth at -10, with Anderson coming in fifth, finishing at one under.
 
Cue had a final round score of 68 (-4) to jump two sports and take the win with a score of nine under. He made five birdies and an eagle in the round. Drew Coble tied for 13 at -2, carding a final round of 75 (+3) with three birdies. In a tie for 26^th was Charlie Cooley, who made four birdies and an eagle in his round of 73 (+1) to end at two over. Bryce Wheeler ended in a tie for 31^st at three over. Wheeler shot a round of 74 (+2) with three birdies. Ryan Gallagher carded a 76 (+4) to finish in 38^th at four over after making a birdie and an eagle today.
