The Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) announced the 2025 All-Super Region 3 Football team and four Grand Valley State Lakers were honored. Junior cornerback
Jason Hardy earned Super Region 3 First-Team honors, while senior linebacker
Anthony Cardamone, senior punter
Trace Hrgich and senior offensive lineman
Brett Weaver earned second-team plaudits.
Hardy tallied 30 tackles, picked off three passes and notched six pass break ups for the Laker defense, while Cardamone notched 52 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss (-22) and 4.5 QB sacks (-20). Hrgich ranked second nationally in punting average (45.8), setting a GLIAC single-season record, while concluding his career with a GLIAC career-record (42.3). Weaver was key three-year contributor on the Laker offensive line.
