IOWA CITY, Iowa. – The Lakers came out strong against Augustana College, with eight wrestlers securing victories to dominate the Vikings in a decisive 29–8 win.
No. 5 Rayana Sahagun (GV) (110) earned a tech fall over Jo Orozco (Augustana IL), 10–0.
No. 19 Ana Malovich (GV) (117) followed with a tech fall victory over Liz Ramirez (Augustana IL), 10–0.
No. 4 Aspen Blasko (GV) (124) delivered the third tech fall of the night, defeating No. 16 Sandie Pfeil (Augustana IL), 10–0.
No. 20 Hannah Palise (GV) (131) earned a 12–5 decision win over Moni Griffin (Augustana IL).
No. 2 Katerina Lange (GV) (138) registered the first fall of the night against Bri Bynum (Augustana IL) in 1:07.
Skylar Little Soldier (GV) (145) picked up a 10–2 decision win over Aine Moffit (Augustana IL).
No. 20 Clarissa Agostini (GV) (160) claimed a 6–0 decision win over Maryam Ndiaye (Augustana IL).
Sawyer Graham (Augustana IL) (180) defeated No. 3 Sabrina Nauss (GV) in 1:20.
Aaliyah Grandberry (GV) (207) finished strong with a 5–4 decision win over Angie Guy (Augustana IL).
