DEARBORN, Mich. - The Grand Valley State men's golf team closed out their 2021-22 season at the NCAA DII Championship placing 16th with a score of 919 (+55).
Charles DeLong finished T7 carding 219 (+3). DeLong scored even par (72) in the third round with back-to-back birdies in the front nine. He tallied eight birdies and 36 pars throughout the 54-hole tournament. Central Missouri claimed the number one seed heading into the medal match scoring 890 (+26). Arkansas Tech claimed the last spot to move onto the medal match quarterfinals finishing 8th carding 896 (+23).Â
