Box Score WILSON, NC – The Grand Valley State baseball team fell to Cedarville, 10-2, on Saturday afternoon at Historic Fleming Stadium. The Lakers drop to 1-2 overall on the season and will look to bounce back tomorrow in a doubleheader with Mid-Atlantic Christian.
 
Cade Stanton led the Lakers with two hits and scored a run from first base on an errant pickoff attempt, while Christian Faust had a double. Nathan Bonter recorded an RBI groundout.
 
Nick Shaw (0-1) received the loss, throwing 3.2 innings and striking out five. Jared Skubic, Zach Karbowski, and Joseph Huesing all pitched in relief for the Lakers.
