2015-16: Competed in the 3000m Steeplechase during the outdoor season … Posted a season-best time in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Hillsdale College “GINA” Relays (10:55.14)

2014-15: Ran the distance events during the indoor and outdoor seasons … Placed third in the Mile at the SVSU-GVSU Dual Meet (5:14.66) … Placed eighth in the 3000m at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni pen (10:30.14) … Competed in the 5000m at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships … Placed eighth in the 3000m steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field championships (10:59.17) … placed fifth in the 1500m (5:06.71) and 10th in the 3000m (11:14.46) at the GVSU-SVSU Dual Meet.

2013-14: Redshirted.

High School bests: 1600m - 5:30; 3200m - 12:12; 5k XC - 18:53.
