2019-20: Competed in three meets during the indoor season… Ran a PR of 5:26.84 in the mile at the GVSU Tune Up to finish seventh… Ran a PR of 10:25.39 in the 3,000m at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday… Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors…

2018-19: GLIAC honors in the 5,000m … GLIAC Academic honors … Set a PR in the 5,000m with a time of 17:32.56 during the Bison Outdoor Classic.

2017-18: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team … Finished sixth in the 10,000m run during the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (28:37.53) … Ran a PR of 4:51.51 in the 1,500m during the GVSU Al Ownes Classic … Finished with a PR in the 5,000m run with a time of 17:53.68 during the GINA Relays … Ran an outdoor best of 10:28.81 during the Bison Outdoor Classic … Ran a PR of 10:28.45 in the 3,000m during the GVSU Tune-up during the indoor season.

2016-17: Redshirt. 

High School: Prepped at Brighton High School … earned All-Conference honors all four years … Earned All-State honors during senior year … served as team captain during junior and senior year … Participated in downhill skiing during freshman and sophomore year.
