2019-20: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season… Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:13.61… Finished fourth in the 400m at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday with a time of 49.77… Qualified for NCAA DII Indoor National Championships in the 4x400m relay… USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 4x400m relay… USTFCCCA All-America honors (4x400m)... GLIAC Commissioner’s Award recipient… GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors… Earned CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team honors... 

2018-19: GLIAC Academic Excellence honors … PR in the 400m hurdles (54.04) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships … PR in the 200m (23.67) at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open … PR in the 400m (49.64) at the GVSU Big Meet.

2017-18: Competed only during the outdoor season … Competed in the 400m hurdles and finished sixth with a time of 55.47 … Set a new PR of 54.19 in the 400m hurdles at the GVSU Al Owens Classic … Ran a 11.77 in the 100m dash during the Ball State Challenge.
