2021-22: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (Hammer Throw)… USTFCCCA All-Regions Honors (Hammer)… Placed first at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships with a distance of 20.45m in the weight throw… Finished first in the hammer throw with a distance of 63.31m… First place finish at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the hammer throw with a distance of 62.99m… Threw a personal-best distance of 20.71m in the weight throw at the GVSU Big Meet finishing in second… Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in the weight throw event (Indoor), and hammer throw (Outdoor)... Finished first at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 62.62m in the hammer throw... First place finish at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 58.41m in the hammer throw... Threw a personal-best and GVSU school-record distance of 64.21m in the hammer throw during the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet... Finished third in the weight throw at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 19.77m... Recorded a personal-best in the weight throw at the GLIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 19.99m finishing first... Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors. 

2019-20: Competed in nine meets during the indoor season… Recorded a season-best throw of 18.68m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships earning fifth place… Placed first at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open with a distance of 18.05m… Finished second at the GVSU Tune Up (18.31m) and GVSU Big Meet Saturday (17.99m)… Qualified for the NCAA DII National Championships… USTFCCCA All-America honors (weight throw)... GLIAC All-Academic honors... 

2018-19:  National Qualifier in the hammer throw … PR in the weight throw was 18.25m during the 18.25m during the GLIAC Indoor Championships … PR in the hammer throw was 56.45m during the GLIAC Outdoor Championships …  Finished 10th in the hammer throw during the NCAA Outdoor Championships (56.94m).

High School: Competed for Vossius Gymnasium in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

High School Bests: Hammer Throw – 180’, Shot Put – 41’, Discus – 135’
