Prior to GVSU (Iowa CC): Competed at Iowa CC as a mid-distance athlete ... Won national championships as a member of the 4x800m relay during the 2018 NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships (7:32.96), and in the DMR at the 2017 NJCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:07.70 ... Three-time NJCAA Region XI Champion in the 4x800m realy, Region XI Champion in the 1,500m and the mile.
