Biography

2025 GLIAC Championship: Herwig competed in two events at the GLIAC Championship. He placed tenth in the 200 IM with a time of 1:50.07 and touched the wall at 1:50.96 to take eleventh in the 200 backstroke.

2024 GLIAC Championships: Took silver in the 400 IM with a time of 3:55:91. Finished 7th in the 200 IM with a posted time of 1:50:00. Herwig competed in the 200 Backstroke to take 5th with a time of 1:50:83. He placed 13th in the 200 Butterfly with a recorded time of 1:51:81.

2023 GLIAC Championships: Finalist in the 100 Back, where produced an NCAA B Cut of 1:46.99 while finishing in 5th place… Secured an NCAA B Cut time of 1:50.19 while winning the 200 IM Consolation Final… Finalist in the 200 Fly with a time of 1:50.42… Posted a time of 49.96 in the 100 Fly Consolation Finals…

2022 GLIAC Championships: Placed 8th in the 200 back with a time of 1:51.52 … finished 9th in the 200 fly with a time of 1:51.65 … placed 10th in the 100 fly with a time 50.09 … and placed 13th in the 200 IM with a time of 1:54.03.
