2025 NCAA Championships: Alvarez competed in five different events at the NCAA National Championship. She was a member of the 200 medley relay team that placed 10th with a time of 1:40.99. She was also part of the 400 medley relay, which took 9th with a time of 3:43.50. Alvarez finished 13th and 14th in the 200 IM and 400 IM, with times of 2:02.59 and 4:24.28. She took 12th in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:16.87. Alvarez earned All-American honors in each of these respective events.

2025 GLIAC Championship: Alvarez competed in six different events and was named GLIAC Champion in all of them. She won the 200 and 400 IM with times of 2:01.91 and 4:18.63, respectively, setting a school record in the 200 IM. Alvarez also took first in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke with times of 1:02.40 and 2:15.65. She was a member of the 200 medley relay team that finished first with a time of 1:41.71. Additionally, Alvarez was part of the 400 medley relay team, which recorded a meet record at the GLIAC Championship with a time of 3:41.49.

2024 NCAA Championships: Alvarez was a member of the 400 Medley Relay that took 18th place with a time of 3:46:94.

2024 GLIAC Championships: Competed in five different races and placed within the top three of all. Winning first in the 200 IM with a time of 2:02:08. She was a member of the 400 Medley Relay, which also placed first with a time of 3:43:16. Coming in a close second, Alvarez finished with a time of 1:03:18 in the 100 Breastroke. Alvarez was the third string member on the 800 Freestyle Relay team, which placed third and had a time of 7:29:12. She is the GLIAC Champion in the 200 Breaststroke and recorded a time of 2:18:23.
