High School: Prepped at Independence High School…Coached by Scott Blade…Helped guide school to a perfect 15-0 record and the Tennessee Class 5A state championship as a senior…Caught 156 passes for 3,067 yards and 44 touchdowns during his high school career…Recorded 87 catches for 1,713 yards and 27 touchdowns as a senior; also scored a rushing touchdown…Caught 62 passes for 1,290 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior
