2012: USTFCCCA All-Region...USTFCCCA All-Academic...Just barely missed out on All-American honors with a 42nd-place finish at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship, finishing with a time of 21:25.8 to help the team to a national title...Finished 12th at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championship with a time of 21:44.0...Placed 11th at the GLIAC Championship with a time of 21:39.1...Came across eighth at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championship in a time of 18:00.5.

2011: GLIAC All-Academic...Finished 17th at the Bulldog Invite with a time of 19:14.59...Placed 63rd at the Spartan Invite in a time of 22:34...Top GVSU finisher at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships, finishing eighth with a time of 18:53.72.

High School: Placed 46th at the 2009 MHSAA Division II State Cross Country Finals...2008 Academic All-State...Three-time regional champion in the 800m run.
