2021-22: USTFCCCA All-Region Honors (Hammer, Javelin)… Placed second at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the javelin throw with a personal-best distance of 58.05m… Finished third in the hammer throw with a personal-best distance of 62.02m… Recorded a personal-best distance in the weight throw of 18.50m at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet… 

2020-21: Placed first in the javelin throw with a personal-best distance of 56.71m at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Finished third at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet in the hammer throw with a personal-best distance of 58.08m. 

2019-20: Competed in four meets during the indoor season… Finished ninth in the weight throw at the GVSU Holiday Open with a PR of 14.71m…

2018-19: GLIAC honors in the javelin … PR in the javelin (46.54m) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships … Did not compete during the indoor season.
