2021-22: Finished first in the DMR at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 9:43.69… Placed first in the 800m at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championship crossing the line at 1:50.05… 

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American in the 800m (Indoor/Outdoor), and the distance medley relay (Indoor)... Finished second at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m with a time of 1:49.47... Finished first in 800m at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:50.20... Placed fourth at the Raleigh Relays in the 800m with a personal-best time of 1:48.24... Clocked in first at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:48.62.

2019-20: Competed in six meets during the indoor season… Finished first at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 800 (1:51.89), mile (4:13.78) and DMR (9:55.37)… Broke the GVSU record in the mile with a first place finish at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 4:03.84… Broke the GVSU record in the 800 at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 1:48.94… Broke the GVSU record in the 600m at the Gladstein Invitational with a time of 1:18.93… Named GLIAC Track Athlete of the Week (2/11)… Qualified for the NCAA DII Indoor National Championships in the 800 and DMR… USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 800, mile and DMR… USTFCCCA All-America honors (800m, DMR)... 

2018-19: USTFCCCA All-American (I: 800m, DMR; O: 800m) … USTFCCCA All-Region (800m, 1,500m, Mile, DMR) … GLIAC Champion (I: 800; 1:51.85; DMR; 9:57.45; O: 1,500m; 3:52.83) … GLIAC honors in the 800m and mile … Set a school record in the 800m (1:49.03) ... Finished 2nd in the 800m (1:49.65) and 5th as a member of the DMR (9:49.47) at the NCAA Indoor Championships … Placed 4th in the 800m (1:51.34) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2017-18: USTFCCCA All-American (Indoor; DMR) … USTFCCCA All-Region (Indoor; 800m, DMR/Outdoor; 800m) … Indoor GLIAC Champion in the 800m (1:52.00) and as a member of the DMR team (9:47.07) … competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 800m run … PR and indoor season-best the 800m was 1:50.60 during the 2018 Meyo Invitational … Set PRs in the 400m (50.94) and the mile (4:11.80) during the GVSU Open … GLIAC Champion in the 800m with a time of 1:53.43 … Set a PR in the 1,500m with a time of 3:57.33 during the Beach Invitational … Set a PR in the 800m with a time of 1:49.85 during the Bryan Clay Invitational … Competed in the 800m run during at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2016-17: Redshirt.

High School: Dennis competed at East Kentwood High School where he earned All- Academic honors 2013-2016 and All-Conference honors 2016… Helped lead East Kentwood to Conference and Regional Championships in 2016
