2019-20: Competed in eight meets during the indoor season… Ran a season-best time of 26.81 seconds in the 200m at the GVSU Holiday Open… Recorded a season-best time of 59.29 seconds in the 400m at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday… Finished third in the DMR at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 11:54.94… Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors…

2018-19: GLIAC Academic honors … Season-best in the 400m was 59.77 during the GINA Relays … Season-best in the 200m was 26.32 during the GVSU Al Owens Classic.

2017-18: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team … Competed in the 200m and 400m dashes … Ran a personal-best in the 200m dash during the Ball State Challenge (27.01) … Personal-best in the 400m at the Al Owens Classic ( 59.58).

2016-17: Has not run this season.

High School: Prepped at Benzie Central High School … earned All-State honors from 2013-2016 … served as team captain in 2015 and 2016 … earned All-Conference and All-Region from 2013-2016 … played three sports in high school: basketball, cross country, and track & field.
