2018: GLIAC Academic honors … Finished 17th at the GLIAC Championships (6K) with a time of 22:36.5 … Finished second at the Bradley Pink Classic (6K) with a time of 22:16.5 … Ran a 18:48.7 at the Loyola Lakefront Collegiate Invitational (5K) … 24th at the Calvin Knight Invite (5K) with a time of 19:05.6.

2017: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... Placed 67th at the Lewis Conference Crossover (6K) with a time of 23:16.6 … Finished 9th among Division II athletes at the Louisville Classic (5K) with a time of 18:38.0.

2016: Has not run this season.

2015: Placed 64th among non-Division I runners and 144th overall in the Blue race of the Greater Louisville Classic … finished 158th at the 2015 MSU Spartan Invitational with a time of 25:32.5.

2014: Redshirted in 2014.

High School: Rachel was a four-year letter winner in Track & Field and Cross Country at Lowell High School. She was a three-time conference champion in the 400m. She was also a four-time All-Conference and two-time All-State selection.
