As a Senior (2018)
Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team…Started all 28 matches for the Lakers while seeing action in 98 total sets…Finished fourth on the team with 163 kills and 1.66 kills per set…Hit an even .300 after tallying just 39 errors all season to finish sixth in the GLIAC in hitting percentage…Also ranked fourth in the conference with 19 solo rejections to go along with 41 assisted blocks for a total of 60 all season…Recorded a season and career-high 12 kills in a win over Purdue Northwest (Nov. 3) to go with a .550 attack percentage that followed an 11-kill match against Wisconsin-Parkside (Nov. 2)…Picked up a season-high four solo blocks against Bellarmine (Oct. 13) to go with four digs and four kills.

As a Junior (2017)
GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team honoree…Appeared in 19 matches, making five starts, while playing in 50 total sets…Picked up 24 kills, two assists, and a service ace…Ranked fifth on the team with 31 total blocks, including six solo’s and 25 assisted blocks…Picked up a season-high four kills against Davenport (9/22) while tallying four block assists, one solo block and two digs…Tallied a season-high six total blocks against Wayne State (11/4), with two solo rejections and four assisted blocks.

As a Sophomore (2016)
Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team…Ranked 19th in the GLIAC in hitting percentage (.247), solo blocks (15), and blocks per set (0.76)…Appeared in 25 matches (making 11 starts), while playing in a total of 78 sets…Finished third on the team in hitting percentage and total blocks, while posting second-most solo rejections of any Laker…Totaled 85 kills and 59 total blocks on the year…Recorded season-high nine kills, a .412 hitting percentage, and six total blocks in 3-1 home win over Tiffin (Oct. 7)…Delivered seven kills without an error in 13 attempts for a .538 percentage in a 3-1 victory over McKendree at the Midwest Region Crossover (Oct. 15)…Put down eight kills and a .500 attack clip in 14 swings of a 3-0 road win at Lake Superior State (Nov. 5)…Committed one or zero hitting errors in 17 of 25 matches…Tallied career-high eight blocks (second-most by a Laker all season) in 3-1 home win over Northern Michigan (Oct. 28)…Blocked a shot in 21 of 25 matches and put away at least one kill in 22 of 25 contests.

As a Freshman (2015)
Appeared in a total of 39 sets in 20 different matches during true freshman campaign…Totaled 25 kills and 14 blocks on the year…Notched season-high seven kills and a .462 hitting percentage in 3-0 home win over Wayne State (Sept. 18)…Followed that performance the next day with six kills and four block assists in 3-1 victory over Saginaw Valley State (Sept. 19)…Added four block assists in 3-0 road win at Walsh (Sept. 26)…Put down three kills in six swings in 3-0 road victory at Lake Erie (Oct. 9).

High School: Prepped at Milford High School under head coach Mary Shelton…Team captain of the Mavericks squad that captured the Holt Invitational Tournament en route to winning the Class A District Championship…Earned all-conference honors three times in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association…Winner of the Distinguished Offensive Player (2012) and Jessica Petkus (2013) team awards…Four-time all-academic selection that twice earned Board of Education Achievement honor…Also played junior varsity basketball as a freshman at Milford and danced competitively for 12 years…Participated and was editor of the school’s yearbook.
 
Personal: Daughter of John and Sharon Butsavich…Enjoys socializing, volunteering, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
