Posted four top-25 finishes ... posted a 149 (+5) at the NCAA Fall Midwest Regional (Sept. 26) after rounds of 76-73 ... carded a 240 (+24) to finish in a tie for 41st at the GLIAC Championship (Oct. 3) ... tied for 24th at the Findlay INvite (Oct. 9), shooting a 152 (+8) ... defeated Saginaw Valley State's (March 8) Adam Hansen 7 & 5 in match play ... recorded a two-over 146 with two rounds of 73 at the North Kentucky Spring Classic (March 18) to finish in a tie for 17th ... tied for 35th at the Jewell (April 1), recording a 150 (+6) by shooting a season-low 70 and an 80 on day two ... ended the season with a 227 (+11) at the Division II Super Regional (May 9) ... earned a spot on the GLIAC All-Academic squad for the second straight season.
As a Sophomore (2010-11)
Opened the season with a 152 (+8) at the LSSU Invitational (Sept. 12) ... tied for sixth place with three other golfers, shooting a one-over 145 at the Great Lakes Region #1 (Sept. 21) ... shot a 153 (+9) at the Arendsen Invitational (Sept. 26) to tie for 19th ... landed a hole-in-one in the opening round of the GLIAC Championship (Oct. 4) ... finished in a tie for 36th place with a 237 (+24) ... carded a 149 (74-75) at the Northern Kentucky Spring Classic (March 21) to tie for 15th ... earned a spot on the GLIAC All-Academic squad.
As a Freshman (2009-10)
Tabbed as the GLIAC Freshman of the Year, the first men's golfer in GVSU history to earn rookie of the year honors ... also earned All-GLIAC Honorable Mention plaudits for his overall stroke average of 73.67 ... notched five top-25 finishes during his freshman campaign ... highest finish was at the GLIAC Championship, as he placed sixth with a 219 (+6) after rounds of 72-77-70 ... his tally helped the Lakers clinch back-to-back GLIAC Championships ... tied for seventh at the Al Watrous Memorial Tournament (Sept. 13) with a 212 (-4), which featured a first-round score of 68 ... shot a 148 (+4) at the NKU Spring Classic (March 21), tying him for seventh place ... tied for 13th place at the Findlay Spring Invitational (4/17) with a 157 (+13) ... placed 24th at the Great Lakes Regional Invitational (Sept. 21) with a two-day score of 147 (+3).
High School
Prepped at White Pigeon High School under head coach Mark Olsen ... won the 2009 MHSAA state championship ... earned all-state honors three times, as well as being named an NHSGCA All-American in 2008 and 2009 ... tabbed as an all-conference selection three times and named the conference's most valuable player twice ... named to the MIGCA Super Team during his junior and senior seasons ... member of the White Pigeon team that qualified for the state tournament in 2005, 2006, and 2008, finishing as high as fourth place in 2008 ... also won a pair of conference and regional championships (2005, 2006) and both the district and country titles (2005, 2008) ... also participated in National Honor Society in 2008 and 2009 at White Pigeon.
