Career-best 24:06 at NCAA Championships, earning All-American honors by crossing 18th of 289 runners ... Also racked up All-OAC and All-Great Lakes Region honors ... Ran 24:44 at Regionals, good enough to settle fourth of 266 individuals ... Also took fourth at All-Ohio meet ...  Named Academic All-OAC, first team Academic All-District and third team CoSIDA Academic All-America ... Broke the 25:00 barrier on four occasions ...

2019: Laced up in four meets to secure first varsity letter ... Season-best time of 26:58 at the Inter-Regional Rumble, hosted by Oberlin ... Took 31st of 149 runners at the OAC Championships ...
