2024 GLIAC Championships: Plough competed in both the 1-Meter (385.45) and 3-Meter Dive (375.15) to place 6th at each event.

2023 GLIAC Championships: Finalist in the 1-Meter Dive, posting a score of 372.45… Posted 360.05 in the 3-Meter Dive Finals.

High School: Prepped at Trenton High School under the direction of Sam Randazzo… Earned a silver medal at the 2021 state meet… Two-time finalist at the state meet… Named All-League in high school… Named as an Academic All-American… Majoring in exercise science with an emphasis on pre-physical therapy.
