2025 NCAA Championship: Kooistra brought home the bronze in the 1-meter dive with a score of 441.65. She also earned bronze in the 3-meter dive with a score of 506.55.

2025 GLIAC Championship: Kooistra brought home a GLIAC Championship in the 1-meter dive with a score of 446.00. She also claimed a GLIAC Championship in the 3-meter dive with a score of 447.05.

2024 NCAA Championships: Kooistra brought home gold in the 1-Meter Dive with a score of 463.95. She competed in the Consolation Final in the 3-Meter Dive to place 9th with a score of 451.80.

2024 GLIAC Championships: Kooistra took home two GLIAC Championships in Feb. 2024 competing in both the 1- Meter Dive with a score of 445.35 and 3-Meter Dive with a score of 446.55.

2023 NCAA Championships: Earned a bronze medal in the 3-Meter Dive after posting a score of 475.90… Won the 1-Meter Dive Consolation Final with a score of 446.40.

2023 GLIAC Championships: Scored a silver medal in the 3-Meter Dive with an NCAA B Score of 448.65… Earned a bronze medal in the 1-Meter Dive with an NCAA B score of 407.80.

2022 GLIAC Championships: Placed 3rd in the 3 meter dive with a score of 438.25 and placed 6th in the 1 meter dive with a score of 384.05.
