2025 NCAA Championships: Harmon was a member of both the 200-yard freestyle and 400-yard freestyle relays, which finished 20th and 11th with times of 1:34.27 and 3:23.16, respectively. She earned All-American honors.

2025 GLIAC Championships: Harmon competed in seven different events at the 2025 GLIAC Championships. She was a GLIAC Champion in all three relays she participated in: the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:41.71, the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:33.20, and the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 3:22.81. Individually, Harmon placed fifth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.74 and sixth in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.69. She finished 15th in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:58.01 and 12th in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 58.30.

2024 NCAA Championships: Harmon was a member of both the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relays that placed 14th and 17th with times of 1:33:48 and 3:28:39.

2024 GLIAC Championships: Competed in five different events in the GLIAC Championship in Feb, Harmon competed in the 50 Freestyle, recording a 23.82 time and placing fifth overall. She also placed 3rd in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 51.66. Harmon competed with a time of 58.85 in the 100 Backstroke, placing 12th. Competing with her teammates in the 200 Freestyle relay with a time of 1:33:71 and snagging the GLIAC Championship. Harmon was also a member of the 400 Freestyle Relay and finished with a time of 3:25:34, placing 2nd with her teammates.
