2021: NCAA DII National Champion finishing the 6k race with personal-best time of 20:22.0... Earned NCAA DII and USTFCCCA All-American honors... Named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Year...Finished third at the Midwest Regionals with a time of 20:47.6... Placed first at the GLIAC Championships clocking in at 22:04.4... Earned All-Region and All-GLIAC First Team honors...Finished seventh at the MSU Spartan Invitational with a time of 22:06.5 and first among DII athletes.

Prior to GVSU (Wheaton):  Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2018 outdoor championships with a time of 10:23.26 ... Competed in the 2018 NCAA DIII Midwest Region Cross Country Championships where she won the 6K race with a time of 21:32.2 ... Recorded her best mile time of 4:52.35 at the 2018 GVSU Big Meet ... Recorded her best 6K time of 20:51.8 at the NCAA DIII Midwest Region Cross Country Championships in 2017 ...
