2021: Ran a personal-best time of 21:29.8 at the NCAA DII National Championships placing 43rd... Finished 16th at the Midwest Region Championships with a time of 21:31.2... Finished fifth at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 22:46.2... Earned All-Region and First Team All-GLIAC honors... Placed 13th at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 22:35.3. 

2020: Season canceled due to COVID. 

2019: Ran a season best time of 22:01.6 at the GLIAC Championships to earn 11^th place… Collected All-GLIAC Second Team honors… Helped the women earn their 21^st consecutive GLIAC Championship title… Competed at the Calvin Invite (5K; 22:12.9), Spartan Invite (22:55.4), Buckeye Preview (22:51.6) and Lewis Crossover (23:19.2)… Earned GLIAC Academic All-Excellence honors. 

2018: Redshirt.

High School: Prepped at Benzie Central High School ... Earned five All-State honors between cross country and track ... In Cross Country she was All-State, All-Region and All-Conference from 2015-17 ... Helped her team to a Conference Championship from 2014-17 ... Regional Runner-Up from 2015-17 ... State Runner-Up in 2015 and 2017, and placed third in 2016 ... All-Academic from 2015-17 ... Part of the National Honors Society.

High School Bests: 5K - 18:39, 3,200m - 10:59, 1,600m - 5:14.
