• #6 Grand Valley State (3-0) will host Judson in the annual Family Day contest Saturday. The Lakers are coming off a 20-10 victory at #21 Ashland.

• Since the start of the 2021 season (61 games), GVSU has limited its opponent to 14 points or less 40 times and are yielding just 15.9 ppg during that period.
• The Grand Valley State starting defense has yielded just 13 points in three games this season, with seven of those points coming in the final minute of the Ashland game.
